Delivery Policy

Orders placed by 13:00, except unexpectedly, will be shipped the same day. All products are shipped in 1-5 days from the day of order. In case the product is not ready for delivery, the order remains pending, and we will contact you for the expected time of availability of the product, replacement or cancellation of the order.

The address stated by the buyer must be real and valid. In case of absence from the declared address or any change of the data of the declared address, the buyer is responsible for our timely information, in order to make the shipment to the correct address. Otherwise, the buyer will be charged the extra shipping cost
